JUDGMENT

Mr.M.Abdul Nazeer, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit. He further submitted that a Memo dated 08.11.2021 has also been filed before the Registry to that effect.

In view of the submission and in view of the filing of the Memo dated 08.11.2021, the present Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
