ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of the final decree application in I.A.No.3221 of 2011 in O.S.No.229 of 2006.

2. Since the prayer sought for in this revision is limited, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose the same even without notice to respondents.

3. Having regard to the fact the partition suit is of the year 2006 and the final decree application is also of the year 2011, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of final decree application in I.A.No.3221 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
