ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4470 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4470 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a week i.e., on the Tuesday and Saturday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
