.. Respondent --- Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, praying to punish the respondent for the act of willful disobedience of the Order, dated 02.08.2011 passed in Writ Petition No.14967 of 2010.

O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Government Pleader states that the order has not been complied with, since the petitioners have not submitted the particulars asked for, i.e., PAN Number, Bank Account Number, present residential address, Pension Payment Order, etc.

3. The petitioners are, thus, directed to submit the aforesaid particulars within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Learned Government Pleader states that on the particulars being submitted, the amount will be remitted within four weeks thereafter.

4. The aforesaid statement is taken on record. The copy of the proceedings be communicated to the individual petitioners. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the said proceedings, it is open for them to challenge the same in separate proceedings. The Contempt Petitions accordingly stand closed.
