2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

Mr.Rajmahesh, Advocate appeared through Video conference and reported that he has filed vakalat for the respondent, and that, he has got instructions from his client/respondent that respondent has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2022, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Nilgiris at Coonoor to the Family Court, Coimbatore. He has also submitted further, that since, he has not received the copy of the typed set of papers, he does not know the grounds on which the petitioner has filed this petition. However, he submitted that, without getting into the merits of the case, the respondent has no objection to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2022, from the file of the Subordinate Court, Nilgiris at Coonoor to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and the same is recorded.

4. Considering the submissions made by both counsel, this Tr. Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of directing the Subordinate Judge, Nilgiris at Coonoor, to transmit entire records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2022, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore as expeditiously as possible and on receipt of such records, the learned Family Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, but preferably not later than eight months from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs.
