This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2018, seeking house site patta for Natham land in Survey No.110/1 (New S.No.266/1) to an extent of 0.1315.0 sq.mt. situated at Nangavalli Village, Mekttur Taluk, Salem District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
