This Court, while disposing the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2276 to 2278 of 2018, has directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.

127 of 2008 within a period of two months.

2. The trial Court, vide its letter in D.No.420/2020 dated 3.03.2020 has requested further period of two months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2008.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter and in the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of two months time is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2008.
