Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's husband's application dated 12.02.2015 and release the petitioner's husband Y.Abdul Ozir, son of Late A.R.M.Yusuf, aged 46 years, with Convict Prisoner No.16581, now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore on emergency leave.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's husband's application dated 12.02.2015 and release the petitioner's husband Y.Abdul Ozir, son of Late A.R.M.Yusuf, aged 46 years, with Convict Prisoner No.16581, now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore on emergency leave.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter pertaining to this writ petition has become infructuous.
