This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam to number the

bail application in F.Crl.M.P.No.239 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025 and dispose of same as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam, is directed to take the bail application on file and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
