Respondents This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of habeas corpus, calling for the records in Crime No.78/2017 dated 08/02/2017 on the file of the second respondent and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioners husband, K.G.Mohan, S/o Govindhasamy aged about 26 years, who is in illegal custody of third respondent and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was delivered by Nooty.Ramamohana Rao,J.) This Writ Petition is filed by a 25 year old wife for causing production of her missing husband, by name K.G. Mohan, S/o Govindhasamy.

2. Shri. Rajkumar, the Sub Inspector of Police, D-4 R.K.Pet Police Station, Thiruvallore District, has done a good job by causing production of K.G. Mohan. We had interacted with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

both the husband and wife (writ petitioner). The said K.G.Mohan, has promised that he will look after his wife properly and carefully from now onwards, and he will not leave her out at home, and without informing her, will not go anywhere. He prays that, he may be excused for his indiscretion this time around.

In view of the fact that the detenu has been traced and the writ petitioner prayed with us not to take any further action in the matter, without expressing any opinion on the acts of the alleged detenu, we opine that, suffice it would be to dispose of this Writ Petition, and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
