ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to pay subsistence allowance for the period of suspension to the Petitioner and to conclude the enquiry within a stipulated time.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, shortage of amount was remitted, due to which, suspension order passed against the petitioner was revoked and he was subsequently, given posting. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication and hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
