The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 120(b), of IPC in Crime No. 52 of 2012, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents stated that on investigation, a final report had been filed by the Investigating Agency before the 11th Metropolitan Magistrate, which is the Magistrate Court for exclusive trial of CCB cases, Egmore at Chennai.

4. Once the learned Magistrate had taken a decision to issue process to the accused, then the petitioners will have subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the learned Magistrate.
