The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 27.05.2015 returning the plaint in O.S.S.R.No.8009 of 2015 on the file of the (Vacation Judge), the Principal District Judge, Villupuram.
R.MALA. J., cse 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a detailed letter before the Registry stating that even though the plaint was returned as not maintainable he is withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition since the matter was settled out of Court.
3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
