When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a petition seeking amendment to incorporate the offence under Sections 406, 420 r/w 109, 120 IPC & 66, 66(B), 72, 72A Information Technology Act instead of Section 420 of IPC and 66D of the Information Technology Act, in the petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address proof.

3. List the matter on 16.04.2024.
