ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to pay subsistence allowance for the period of suspension from 29.01.2015 to the petitioner and conclude enquiry in respect of the allegation leveled against him.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been reinstated in service and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
