The present Application has been filed to amend the attesting witness name in the application No.786 of 2025 as Mr.B.Dhanaraj instead of Mr.Dhanasekar and to issue the subpoena to the new address of the attesting witness for the above Will in O.P.No.831 of 2023.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1588 of 2025 in OP.No.831 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
