] This petition is filed to implead the Director, Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning and Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning, Chengalpattu Region, as respondents 6 and 7 in W.P.No.30626 of 2023.

2.This Court, having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case where serious allegations are made against the local body, is convinced that the respondents 6 and 7 are necessary and proper parties to the lis. 3.Hence, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
