ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to pay subsistence allowance for the period of suspension i.e., from 30.04.2014 to the petitioner and to conclude the enquiry within a stipulated time. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated in service and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
