This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioners and the counter party.

4.It is seen that the petitioners are the landlord and there is a dispute between the petitioners and the de facto complainant. In this regard, the petitioners lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the same was pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioners with the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
