This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2286 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all bearing dates without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2286 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
