The petitioner has sought a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 16.01.2020 to permit the petitioner to conduct church service in the Chiristian Community Hall in Door NO.1/137-5, situated in site No.16, 19 SF No.355/1, 355/4B3, 356/2A in Puthupalayam Village and Panchayat, Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur District.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents, would draw the attention of this Court to the fact that an inquiry has been commenced on the request of the petitioner as early as on 09.09.2020. In light of this, there is a direction to dispose the pending application within six weeks from today, after hearing the petitioner, and in accordance with law.
