This Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30176 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of Taluk Legal Services Authority, attached to the concerned Court. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.
