This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment dated 27.06.2019 passed in C.C.No.1175 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 94 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
