ORDER

The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2014 and transfer her in the post of Lab Assistant in the third respondent school.

2.Upon notice, the Second respondent filed a detailed counter affidavit, inter alia stating that the school Management took action against the petitioner as per Rule 21 of the Tamil Nadu recognized Private Schools Regulation, 1974 and sent it for approval to the Chief Educational Officer, Namakkal, which is pending and in such circumstances, the respondents are not in a position to interfere with the matter and pass any order as requested by the petitioner.

3.However, today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
