This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.11.2014.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is the second accused in Cr.No.2376/2014, in which investigation was completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.156/2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvotriyur for the offences under sections 147, 148, 447, 427 and 506(ii) IPC. Thereafter, petitioner has given the present complaint dated 14.11.2014 against the defacto complainant in Cr.No.2376/2014, as a counter blast, and on the said complaint petition enquiry in CSR No.683/2014 is pending.

In view of the said submission, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.683/2014 expeditiously and take action in accordance with law.
