This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioners.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondent police harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a civil suit pending between the parties.
4. Such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any direction. However, if it is found to be civil dispute, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
