Crl.M.P.No.4632 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.305 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2230 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2230 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the I Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu on 13.04.2023 and thereafter, the hearing dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
