ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2015 and investigate the same and file final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, the case in Crime No.168 of 2015 for offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 324, 355, 506(i) IPC has been registered by the respondent Police.
