This petition is filed seeking an order of ad interim stay of the operation of the decree dated 26.02.2021 passed in O.S.No.106 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore, till the disposal of the first appeal.

This Court by its order dated 17.06.2021 has granted interim stay of all further proceedings of recovery of possession alone in respect of item 1 of the schedule of properties in OS.No.106 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District and extended on 19.07.2021 and 03.08.2021. However, the stay has not been extended further. It is seen from the records that service has been complete in the appeal.
