O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (a), 4(1)(g) read with 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.722 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.05.2020, the defacto complainant has received an information that three unknown persons were prepared the poisonous arrack. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, they pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are arrayed as A2 and A3. The petitioners along with other accused prepared the poisonous arrack. He further submitted that earlier this Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner on 27.05.2020. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and earlier this Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners and there is no change of circumstances in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
