This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 146 days in preferring the above criminal appeal against the Order dated 08.05.2019 passed in C.C.No.912 of 2017, for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, on the file of the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.2, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 146 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
