ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 96 days in representing the above C.R.P.No.SR129659 of 2024.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a period of one week from today."

3. Upon the petitioner's compliance with the above condition, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.129659 of 2024, if it is otherwise in order. 19-03-2025 Note: Registry is directed to number the petition and list the case in usual course.
