3. Yesterday (20.08.2015), when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any instructions in this regard. Therefore, this Court posted the case today. Today (21.08.2015), there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence both the petitions (Crl.OP.No.18750/2015 & WP.No.15294/2015) are dismissed.
