This application has been filed to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the written statement of Defendant No.1 in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents who has objected in allowing the application and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thosand only) to be paid by the applicant to the respondents on or before 10.04.2026.

4. The Registry is directed to transmit the records to the concerned Master for recording evidence on 27.04.2026.
