Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to expedite the grant of planning permission under PPA/WDC No.6/2960/2015 dated 15.05.2015 for the property no.134/2, Choolai High Road, Choolai, Chennai - 112.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to expedite the grant of planning permission under PPA/WDC No.6/2960/2015 in respect of property no.134/2, Choolai High Road, Choolai, Chennai - 112.

If the application is in order, the respondent cannot keep the application pending, either they will have to accept the application and grant the same, if the petitioner satisfies all conditions or they should reject the application if there is any valid reason. Therefore, the petitioner should know as to what is the fate of his application.
