This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the criminal appeal as against the order dated 08.05.2019 passed in C.C.No.1038 of 2017, the complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.2, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 146 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
