This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the above Second Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 01.11.2022 passed in AS No. 9 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge Vellore, Vellore District.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one. Accordingly, this court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly this petition is ordered. Post on 18.09.2024.
