This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the above Appeal Suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter on 14.06.2023.
