PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the circular issued by the respondent in proceeding No.E2/2018/13260-1 dated 10.04.2018 and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law and for a consequential direction to the respondent to initiate a fresh process of allotment of staff quarters in accordance with law.
