NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.

The Habeas Corpus petition is filed by the father of one Kalaiselvi wife of Mr.Devendran, alleging that she has been abducted from her home by some persons, who are known to her family, in view of certain property disputes between them. 2.The Police at Katpadi, Vellore, pursuant to the notice issued by us, have produced the alleged detenue Kalaiselvi, wife of Mr.Devendran.

3.The petitioner Mr.Sambath is also present in the Court today. We have interacted with both the father and alleged detenue. The alleged detenue is now currently staying at No.48, Balaji Nagar 1st Street, Mathi Nagar Extension, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District with her husband.

4.We therefore do not see any justifiable reason for grant of relief as prayed for this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition is disposed of.
