O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 18.01.2016, disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.1331 of 2016, in the following terms:

"the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties."

Since the said order has not been complied with within the stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent. She has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.467/2017/A9 dated 01.03.2018 to that effect.

3.Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
