ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(2), 126(2), 109(1) @ 196(b), 126(2), 109(1) and 191(3) of BNS, in Crime No.129 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on account of previous enmity between A1 and the defacto complainant, the petitioner along with other accused brutally attacked the defacto complainant using knife, due to which, defacto complainant sustained injuries. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has five previous cases and also submit that this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances.

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and also considering that there is no change in circumstances from the earlier application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
