Today, this matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "for clarification" at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Both the learned counsel for appellant and respondent appeared. Mr.V.Chandrakanthan, learned counsel for appellant would submit that while drafting the decree, inadvertently, the length of compound wall was mentioned as as 4 ft. instead of 5 ft. Hence, there is a discrepancy in the boundary and the same has to be corrected as per the decree of the trial court at page No.49 annexed in the typed set of papers. Accordingly, this matter is listed today.

3. Registry is directed to draft the decree as per the trial court decree at page No.49 annexed in the typed set of papers in O.S.No.14 of 1999 on the file of Addl.
