ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report within a stipulated time and to take necessary action against the accused person in Crime No.105 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.105 of 2014 for offences under Sections 147, 341, 342, 294B, 323 and 506(ii) IPC, has been registered before the respondent.
