Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the Respondent authorities to grant Permission for disposal of the entire stock of beverages in its Bar/ Permit room in the Premises bearing Door No.22, Vijayaraghava Road, T. Nagar, Chennai-17 and Door No.12 Nageswaran Rao Road T.Nagar Chennai-17 to its own members well before expiry date of such stock by stipulating conditions for sale of stocks to its own members as requested in the representation dated 12.5.2020 submitted by the Petitioner within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
