ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report within a stipulated time and to take necessary action against the accused person in Crime No.143 of 2015 pending investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.143 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294B and 506(ii) IPC, has been registered before the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
