ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet to dispose E.P.No.5 of 2010 in M.C.O.P.No.315 of 1999 within the stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that to execute the award dated 24.04.2009 made in M.C.O.P.No.315 of 1999, they filed E.P.No.5 of 2010.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/ Insurance company submitted that they filed C.M.A.No.511 of 2011 against the award dated 24.04.2009 made in M.C.O.P.No.315 of 1999 and the said appeal was allowed on 23.07.2012. Therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
