2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
