ORDER

Challenge in this Criminal Revision Case is made against the orders dated 24.03.2022 passed in Crl.M.P. No.525 of 2022, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Namakkal.

2. The present revision petitioner filed the abovesaid petition before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Namakkal, seeking return of his vehicle, namely, Ashok Leyland Taurus Tanker Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 34 D 8706, which was seized by the respondent police in connection with Crime No.98/2021. The said petition was dismissed by the Trial Court Judge vide his orders dated 24.03.2022, aggrieved over which the present Criminal Revision Case is filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) contended that the vehicle, namely, Ashok Leyland Taurus Tanker Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 34 D 8706 was returned to the revision petitioner on 03.05.2023.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present Criminal Revision for further adjudication. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
