The petitioner filed an application for compassionate appointment in the year 2019 followed by a reminder dated 18.02.2020. The respondents have not considered her request. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. Considering the limited prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
